A Fresh New Look for Oomnitza's Activity Feed

We’re thrilled to introduce the newly upgraded Activities section in Oomnitza! This fresh, modern design not only revitalizes the look and feel of the interface but also introduces a host of new features designed to streamline how you interact with your activity data. With the new update, navigating through your activities is simpler than ever.

Here’s a look at some key updates:

  • The interface now boasts an updated chart view, transitioning from a line graph to a more insightful bar chart. You can easily enable or disable the chart view, and your preferences will be remembered even when you navigate away from the page.
  • Filtering has been revamped with a new collapsible left-hand panel that is consistent with other parts of Oomnitza's UI. Filters are now saved automatically, ensuring that your settings are preserved between sessions.
  • Filter selections have also seen significant improvements, offering a more user-friendly experience. The date range filter now features a convenient pop-up calendar for quickly selecting start and end dates. Additionally, a new user filter allows you to focus on activities related to specific users, and other filters have been updated to provide more understandable and intuitive selections.

In our Winter '24 release, we introduced the updated Notifications section, allowing you to view and manage important notifications from within the platform. However, this required you to navigate away from your current page, breaking your flow and causing inefficiencies by navigating between pages. With our latest update, you can now check and manage notifications with ease, thanks to our sleek new popup feature.

This innovative design allows you to stay organized and informed without forcing you to leave your current page.

The notifications menu popup is not only user-friendly but also designed with your efficiency in mind. By streamlining the process of notification management, we’re enhancing your overall experience on the platform. Now you can quickly check for updates, respond to alerts, and manage your notifications, without interrupting your work and impacting your productivity.

Dashboard

Customize Your Dashboards with Widget Copying

Get ready to elevate your dashboard experience with our latest feature, widget copying!

Previously, you might have found yourself in one of two groups:

  • The Dashboard Guru: An expert user at managing multiple dashboards but grappling with the tedious task of recreating widgets from scratch, even when some may have had similar configurations.
  • The Dashboard Rookie: A new user limited to using only the widgets you created for your private dashboards, which often restricted your customization options due to limited widget-building skills.

With our latest update, you can effortlessly copy widgets from any accessible dashboard into your private or other editable dashboards. This streamlines the customization process, allowing you to build a functional and personalized dashboard without starting from scratch. This enhancement saves you time and provides flexibility, making it easier for both experienced users and newcomers to create dashboards that truly reflect their unique needs and preferences.

Enhanced User Role Visibility Restrictions

Managing roles within your organization just got a lot more intuitive with our latest enhancement in user role visibility restrictions.

Now, users will only see the roles they are specifically assigned to across all scenarios—be it saved searches, screen builders, subscriptions, or workflow blocks. This update ensures that your visibility is restricted to only the roles you’re meant to access.

Integrations

Take Control of [Stopping] Your Integrations

In the fast-paced world of data management, efficiency isn’t just a perk—it’s a necessity. Imagine starting an integration, only to discover a configuration error midway through processing. Previously, you’d be left waiting for the integration to finish, wasting precious time and resources. We've listened to your feedback and made a significant upgrade to our system: the ability to cancel integrations on demand!

Users can now take immediate action from the Integrations Sync Session page. With just a click, you can halt the integration and prevent any further unwanted processing. This allows you to swiftly address and correct any issues and get back on track without the typical downtime. This update not only saves you from unnecessary delays, but also allows you to remain focused by reacting promptly to any configurations that need adjustments.

Simplified Integration and Credential Troubleshooting

Navigating integration issues can be challenging, especially when the necessary troubleshooting information is buried in cryptic error logs. Recognizing this, we've improved our integration and credential debugging service to simplify your experience and enhance the way you manage integrations.

We understand that efficient troubleshooting relies on clarity and accessibility. That’s why we’ve revamped our integration error logs to provide meaningful troubleshooting information based on HTTP response codes. This update enables you to quickly pinpoint the source of your integration issues and resolve credential problems faster than ever.
