Arthur Lozinski is the CEO and Co-Founder of Oomnitza. Arthur is focused on scaling the company’s reach, evangelizing ETM and spearheading the mission of providing key business process automation for IT across all enterprises, ranging from fast-growing companies to Fortune 500 giants. Arthur co-founded Oomnitza in 2012, along with Trent Seed and Ramin Ettehad, to provide solutions that advance the way organizations manage and secure their IT estate.

Udo Waibel is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Oomnitza. He is responsible for the development and successful execution of the product roadmap and ensuring the continued business value within ETM. Udo has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles and expertise in software, business consultancy and technology management. Prior to joining, Udo was EVP Engineering at Sitecore, CTO and SVP of Products at HEAT Software (now Ivanti), CTO at Hara and SVP at SAP.

Ken Schock is the Chief Revenue Officer at Oomnitza, where he’s responsible for overseeing all revenue functions including Sales, Partners, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Renewals, and Customer Support. Prior to joining Oomnitza, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at AttackIQ, a leading security breach and attack simulation platform. Ken brings to Oomnitza a 30 year career that spans senior sales and sales leadership positions at industry leading firms like HP, BMC, VMware, Splunk, Cloudera and Snow Software.


Trent Seed is the Chief Architect and Co-Founder of Oomnitza. Since the start, Trent has overseen strategic decisions in the solution architecture, which includes in-house and open-source components. More than 15 years of experience in software development, Trent has worked through full software life-cycle experience, including design, development, deployment, and customer support. Prior to Oomnitza, he led end-user projects, including NudgeMap, a geo-blogging service and myCitiScape, a student network and resource app.

Patrick Zanoni is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Oomnitza. Patrick is responsible to lead and scale the finance function, having previously served as CFO at Yalo, Portworx and Fusion Systems. He has successfully raised capital for large and small companies through IPOs, private equity and debt. He has built and led operations of start-ups that have grown over 100% per year, and his transactional work also includes M&A, co-investments and partnerships. Patrick is a licensed CPA in California and a CFA Charter holder.

Stephen Turner is the Executive Vice President Field Operations of Oomnitza. He is responsible for revenue growth through sales and customer success. Stephen brings 20 years of enterprise software sales and operations leadership. Prior to Oomnitza, he was Interim-EVP of Field Operations at Metadata.io, VP of Field Operations at Trufa and SVP and GM of SocialTech/PeopleFluent, Accept Corp, and held leadership roles at Allegis, SAP and ASK Group.
